Refund Eligibility

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery. Whether the item no longer suits your needs or didn’t meet expectations, you may request a refund — no questions asked.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items must not be marked final sale or part of a non-refundable bundle (unless defective).

How to Request a Refund

To start your refund request, simply email us at support@savycart.com with your order number and a short reason for return.

Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions for sending the item back.

Refund Processing Time

Once your item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 2–4 business days.

The refund will go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it might take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned without original packaging or labels
  • Returns after the 30-day period
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet these criteria.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover free return shipping for all eligible refund requests within 30 days.

Note: Any customs duties or taxes paid during delivery are non-refundable. If returning from outside the United States, we’ll still provide a label — but customs clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.
